This Privacy Policy explains how RobloxAI (“RobloxAI”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information when you use the RobloxAI website, applications, and related services (the “Service”). It also describes the choices and rights you have.

By using the Service you acknowledge the practices described here. This Policy is incorporated into and forms part of our Terms of Service.

2. Information we collect

We collect the following categories of information:

• Account information: when you sign in with Roblox via OAuth, we receive basic profile details such as your Roblox username and user ID. We never receive your Roblox password.
• Content you provide: the Prompts you submit, the games you generate, and any materials you upload or paste.
• Transaction information: if you purchase a paid plan, our payment processors collect and process your payment details; we receive limited records such as plan, status, and the last four digits of a card.
• Usage information: actions you take in the Service, features used, generations requested, timestamps, and referring pages.
• Device and log information: IP address, approximate location derived from it, browser and device type, operating system, language, and diagnostic or crash data.
• Cookies and similar technologies: identifiers used to keep you signed in, remember preferences, and measure usage.

3. How we collect information

• Directly from you, when you sign in, submit Prompts, contact us, or subscribe.
• Automatically, as you interact with the Service, through cookies and similar technologies.
• From third parties, such as Roblox (sign-in), payment processors, and analytics or infrastructure providers acting on our behalf.

4. How we use information

We use personal information to:

• provide, operate, and maintain the Service, including generating games from your Prompts;
• authenticate you and keep your Account secure;
• process transactions and manage subscriptions;
• monitor, troubleshoot, prevent abuse, and protect the security and integrity of the Service;
• analyze usage and improve and develop features and models;
• communicate with you about the Service, including service and security notices; and
• comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms.

5. Legal bases for processing (EEA/UK)

If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we process personal information on the following legal bases: performance of our contract with you (to provide the Service); our legitimate interests (to secure, analyze, and improve the Service), balanced against your rights; your consent (where required, such as for certain cookies); and compliance with legal obligations. You may withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent.

6. AI processing of Prompts

To generate games, your Prompts and related context are processed by our systems and by third-party AI model providers acting on our behalf under contractual confidentiality and security obligations. We share only what is needed to produce your output. We do not sell your Prompts, and we do not use them to identify you for advertising.

7. Cookies and similar technologies

We use strictly necessary cookies to operate the Service (for example, to keep you signed in), and optional analytics cookies to understand and improve usage. You can manage cookies through your browser settings and, where required, through an in-product consent control. Disabling some cookies may affect functionality.

8. How we share information

We share personal information only as described here:

• Service providers: hosting, AI model, analytics, customer-support, and payment providers who process information on our behalf under appropriate safeguards.
• Roblox: as part of the OAuth sign-in flow and, at your direction, when you publish a game.
• Legal and safety: when required by law, legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of users, the public, or RobloxAI.
• Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to this Policy.
• We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

9. Data retention

We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Prompts and Generated Content are retained while your Account is active and for a limited period afterward, after which they are deleted or anonymized, except where longer retention is required by law. You can request deletion as described below.

10. Children’s privacy

The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without verifiable parental consent. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us personal information without appropriate consent, contact us at roblox@vcorp.co and we will take reasonable steps to delete it. Parents and guardians may also request to review or delete a child’s information.

11. Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a portable copy of your personal information; to object to or restrict certain processing; and to withdraw consent. Residents of the EEA/UK have these rights under the GDPR/UK GDPR, and California residents have rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the rights to know, delete, correct, and opt out of sale or sharing (we do not sell or share as defined by that law).

You will not be discriminated against for exercising your rights, and you may use an authorized agent where the law permits. We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal information, such as encryption in transit, access controls, and limited staff access. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for keeping your Account credentials and devices secure.

13. International data transfers

We may process and store information in countries other than where you live, including countries that may not provide the same level of data protection as your own. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards — such as standard contractual clauses — for cross-border transfers.

14. Third-party links and services

The Service may link to or rely on third-party websites and services, including Roblox. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those third parties, and we encourage you to review their policies.
